Abstract
This literature review examines the mental health of pastors’ children, with emphasis on religious expectations, identity formation, and support systems. It finds that distinctive pressures may contribute to anxiety, depression, identity challenges, and diminished self-worth, while effective community-based support can strengthen resilience and well-being. The review offers guidance for mental health professionals, church leaders, and families seeking appropriate interventions.
