Abstract
This review explores how political leadership changes affect the job satisfaction, job security, and psychological well-being of job order and casual workers in local government units. Applying the Job Demands-Resources model, it considers leadership changes as job demands and examines the policies and practices that shape worker stability. The review offers insights for policymakers and LGU leaders on supportive leadership during periods of political transition.
